3) Estimates, Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Any price, discount, promotion, or incentive shown on the Site:

may require a signed agreement and/or deposit by a specified date.

Displayed pricing (including “starting at” or standardized package pricing) is for marketing guidance only and may not include add-ons, upgrades, demolition, electrical/gas work, hardscape, water features, special access requirements, engineering, permitting fees, landscaping, or other project-specific items unless expressly stated in writing.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse any quote or request where permitted by law.

4) No Contract Created by Online Inquiry

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking a consultation, or exchanging messages does not create a contractor-client relationship or a binding contract. A binding agreement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement (and any required deposits clear) in accordance with our sales and contracting process.

5) Scheduling, Timelines, and Construction Expectations

Any projected dates or timelines are estimates only. Timelines may be affected by:

permitting and inspections,

weather and site conditions,

subcontractor and material availability,

change orders,

homeowner access, approvals, or delays,

municipal/utility constraints.

We do not guarantee start dates or completion dates unless expressly stated in a signed written contract.

6) User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree that you will:

provide accurate and current information (name, address, phone number, email, project details),

not submit information you do not have the right to provide,

not misuse our forms, phone numbers, emails, chat widgets, or scheduling tools,

maintain the security of your devices, email accounts, and communications used to interact with us.
